3. User Accounts and Security
3.1. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2. Secure Chat: While goboza.app employs measures to ensure secure communication, you acknowledge that no system is entirely foolproof. You must exercise caution when sharing sensitive business or personal information in the chat.
3.3. Prohibited Sharing: You may not share or solicit banking details, identity documents, or other sensitive financial information within the general public areas of the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

5.1. User Content: You retain ownership of all original content (photos, portfolio items, descriptions, chat messages) that you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant goboza.app a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
5.2. goboza.app IP: All software, design, branding, and logos related to the Service are the exclusive property of goboza.app (Sizwe Maseko) and are protected by South African and international IP laws.
6. Liability and Indemnity
6.1. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided "as is." goboza.app makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of entrepreneurial claims or the reliability of services offered by other users.
